A quick workaround for the "can't see the last item issue:" I create a dummy item in each list. After checking it off, it goes to the bottom of the list leaving the real items visible and workable. Just don't ever delete the dummy item.

Just discovered that I need to sync with lists.zenbe and when I found it my first list was there. However I've just added a second list, and amended the first, and nothing happened.

Also, is there any chance that lists could be integrated into the main zenbe site?

Cheers,

Sorry about the repeated posts, but I'm unable to sign into your forum.

So I was able to add 4-5 more lists to my current 6, so clearly it's not a numbers issue. Perhaps your servers are wonky, or I'm using characters that aren't allowed. Either way, I'm going to hold off on using your zenbe lists until I hear back from you (feel free to email me directly, or post a comment).

Tried it again, on-line, and after entering 8 or 9 tasks the whole proces gets buggy, when I refreshed the page, I had only 6 tasks left standing.

To make matters worse, I tried leaving this comment on your forum, and the password your sent me wouldn't work.

Am I the only one having this problem on-line? I haven't even tried the iPhone version yet.

Using Firefox 3.0.1, Black MacBook fully loaded.

Well my honeymoon ended mighty quickly (I should've known...). After transfering all of my lists to my zenbe list page on Firefox (appx 10 or so), odd things started happening, and then a fatal flaw.

1) I was able to edit the titles of some, but not all titles
2) I wasn't able to enter tasks under some titles
3) To fix the above, I tried logging out, and then in, only to discover that all my newly made lists vanished. Sigh...do I even bother recreating them again?

If I started to sing praises for this product, I wouldn't get anything done. I tried omnifocus, then Things... and finally, FINALLY a simple solution to capture my projects and tasks.

Hey Covey and Allen: SIMPLICITY is the way to get things done.

Thanks guys!!

The iTunes App Store comment in question is no longer accurate. We updated our Terms as soon as we realized just how absurd that section sounded when taken out of context. It now reads:

Your Intellectual Property Rights

Zenbe does not claim any ownership for any of the content, including any text, data, images, photographs, video, music, sound, or any other material, that you upload, receive, send, or store in your Zenbe account. Zenbe retains the right to manipulate or duplicate your content as necessary to provide you and other users with the Service. Zenbe will not use any of your content for any purpose except to provide you and other users with the Service.

The irony here is that we haven't actually changed the intent or function of this section of our Terms at all. We do need some rights if you want us to make backup copies of your data or share it with your friends. Our original wording was just poorly chosen.

hey - what's up with that one iTunes reviewer's note about your terms of service? Is the following accurate?

"By transmitting any content, you expressly grant, and you represent and warrant that you have a right to grant, to Zenbe a royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly, display, and make derivative works of your content and your name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in your content."
