Investigating site slowness

FYI -

We are experiencing some slowness and lags on Zenbe.com right now. We’re currently investigating the issue and hope to have things running smoothly in short order.

    the issue i’m having is in responding. it just lags and freezes in “loading composer” mode and never stops. glad to hear it’s getting fixed. Also, i’ve noticed that when you’re in mail mode, go to “help”, the forum/help site doesn’t load at all. just goes to a blank screen.

    @Celena,

    I’m guessing you’re using Safari. We had to enable a server feature that breaks rich-text composition in Safari on a Mac in order to deal with the performance issues.

    We’re working on fixing this in the next 2 days. In the meantime, you can switch to the plain-text composer and you should be fine. Or you can try Firefox 3.
